With this update, the game has been updated with many interesting copper-related innovations. The developers have added a copper golem, copper chests, copper tools and armor, as well as improved the mechanics of oxidation. All this continues the content that was released earlier in the Minecraft Bedrock Edition 1.21 versions.

Copper Golem

The main feature of the update is the copper golem — a new assistant for Steve that you can create yourself. MCPE 1.21.101 players will need a copper block and a pumpkin to craft it.

Unlike the Iron Golem, this mob does not attack hostile creatures, but it can sort things in chests and help the player with construction.

Golem Features

The creature automatically puts items into the nearest chests, distributing them by type in Minecraft 1.21.101. Interestingly, the mob gradually oxidizes, changing color from orange to green.

Copper Chests with Oxidation

Another useful addition to Minecraft Bedrock 1.21.101 is copper chests. They come in four degrees of oxidation, just like blocks made of this material.

The more the chest is oxidized, the richer the green color. To slow down the oxidation, you can cover the chest with wax.

For lovers of resource extraction, developers have added copper tools to Minecraft version 1.21.101. A new axe cuts wood faster than a stone axe. The pickaxe extracts stone and coal at the level of iron, but it quickly breaks down. The shovel digs sand and gravel at an increased speed.

There is also a new copper armor in the game. Over time, the armor oxidizes and its protective properties decrease, but you can wax it to stop this process.

This update makes copper a more useful resource by adding a copper golem, chests, tools, and armor. Players will now be able to automate item sorting, defend against monsters, and experiment with new oxidation mechanics.
