DMCA Policy for MCPEDL.ORG

This Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy (“Policy”) applies to the MCPEDL.ORG website (“Website” or “Service”) and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”). It describes how we respond to notifications of copyright infringement and explains how you may file a complaint under the DMCA.
We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. We respond to clear and valid notifications of alleged copyright violations in compliance with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) of 1998. Before submitting a DMCA notice
If you are unsure whether the material you want to report is infringing, please consult a legal professional before filing a DMCA notice.
The DMCA requires disclosure of personal data within the notice. If privacy is a concern, you may appoint an authorized agent to submit the complaint on your behalf.
Submitting a DMCA Notification (Takedown Request)
If you believe that content hosted on our Website infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA notice (“Notification”) including all items listed below. Incomplete requests may be rejected.
Required format of a DMCA notice
- Your full legal name and contact information (email + optional phone);
- Proof of ownership or authorization to represent the copyright owner;
- A clear description of the copyrighted work that you claim is infringed;
- Direct URL(s) to the infringing material on MCPEDL.ORG;
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate;
- Your electronic or physical signature (typed full name is accepted).

Subject: DMCA Notice – Copyright Infringement I, [Full Name], am the copyright owner/represent authorized agent of the owner. I request removal of the following material which appears on MCPEDL.ORG: Original work: [Title / Link to original source] Infringing URL(s): [https://mcpedl.org/...] I believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I confirm that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf. After receiving a valid notice, we will review the complaint and may remove, disable access to the material, or request additional information.
If content is removed, we will attempt to notify the affected user and provide a chance to respond.
Counter-Notification (if your content was removed by mistake)
If you believe your content was wrongly removed under DMCA, you may file a Counter-Notification.
Counter-Notice must include:
- Your full name and contact details;
- URL of removed content;
- A statement that you believe the removal was due to error or misidentification;
- Your consent to jurisdiction of U.S. federal court;
- Your electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notice, we may restore content unless the original claimant files a legal request within 10–14 days.
Processing Time
We aim to respond to DMCA claims within 2–5 business days. Complex cases or insufficient information may require more time.
Policy Updates
We may modify this Policy anytime. Updated versions will appear on this page and take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Website indicates acceptance of changes.
