Britain is under attack. The Viking mod for Minecraft PE drops the player straight into that war. Raiders land on the coast, camps grow inland, and Saxon settlements try to hold the line.

The shape of the world stays the same, but the danger changes. Explore fortified Anglo-Saxon villages, crowded enemy camps, and longboats parked along the shore. Gather gear, build strength, then decide when to strike and when to run.

Viking Onslaught

The Viking addon adds four entities split between two factions. Three of them serve the Vikings, one fights for the Anglo-Saxons.

Every mob has its own behavior and its own drops. Raiders move in groups and attack anything they meet, so no road is safe for long.

Items

Vanilla already covers most weapons. The Viking mod adds extra items, and each one has a separate role in the gameplay.

Gold coins, fabric, Joms armor and the Joms shield are the key pieces. Coins pay for allies, and the armor set keeps the player out of sight.

Aim your crosshair at the legs of a corpse to loot it. That is the fastest way to farm coins and armor parts.

Structures

Camps and fortresses generate across the land in Minecraft Bedrock Edition. Each structure has a different purpose, which keeps the campaign varied.

Viking camps hold loot and guards. The new Anglo-Saxon fortress works as a safe point between raids. Players who enjoy large battles can also look through War Mods for Minecraft for more combat content.

Transportation

The addon brings the longship. It sails along rivers and coastlines and carries the player far from the starting shore.

Gameplay Tips

Wear a full set of Joms armor with the Joms shield to walk into a camp unnoticed. The detection radius drops hard, but three or four blocks is still close enough to be spotted in Minecraft PE.

Installation

The file comes with the .mcaddon extension. Open your file manager, tap the file, and choose to open it with Minecraft. The behavior pack menu will show it ready to activate. Download Viking mod for Minecraft Bedrock and the campaign starts in your current world.
