Download Minecraft 26.50.20 / 1.26.50.20 APK to get a Beta that spends its effort on polish rather than new toys. Mojang tightened Abandoned Camp generation, made Cushions behave properly when you place them and sit on them, and cleared out two rare crashes. There are quieter fixes for Redstone wiring, hoppers and the menus you tap through on Android.

What it means when you actually play
Abandoned Camps stop generating wrong
Camps in specialised forest biomes now spawn the variant that belongs there instead of the generic Forest one, and Secret Chests hold their intended Diamonds and Potions rather than Oxidized Copper Chains. Cushions sit where you aim them and no longer drop you into the ground when lava burns one away.
Two crashes and a stutter, gone
One crash struck while the game ticked block entities, the other when a resource pack failed to parse. Chunks that unload and reload quickly now save correctly, and mobs far away cause noticeably less stuttering, which is the sort of thing you feel on a phone.
Menus that suit a touch screen
Loom, Stonecutter, Cartography Table, Villager and Wandering Trader screens in Pocket UI now share the header style of your inventory, so MCPE menus stop looking mismatched. The Play screen no longer flickers on layout changes and shifts between four, three and two columns by screen size.
Redstone and item transport behave
Wool Stairs and Wool Slabs no longer conduct Redstone signals, Hoppers stop grabbing items from their sides at extreme coordinates, and Droppers facing east or south finally eject forward instead of pushing items into the container below.
Download Minecraft Bedrock 26.50.20 / 1.26.50.20 if you want to try these fixes yourself. Other builds from this line sit on the download Minecraft 1.26 page.
Nothing here rewrites how you play, but the crash fixes and cleaner touch menus make this a sensible build to sit on.
Questions players ask
Can I download the Minecraft 26.50.20 APK on Android?
Yes, the APK on this page is built for Android phones and the download itself is free. It is a test build, so expect rough edges.
Where can I download other Minecraft PE builds?
Every release we host sits in the download section linked above, and builds from this same line are grouped on the Minecraft 1.26 page for quicker browsing.
Do Abandoned Camps still generate the wrong loot?
No. Secret Chests now hold the Diamond and Potion loot they were designed around, and camps pick the variant that fits their biome.
Will my Redstone contraptions behave differently?
Possibly. Wool Stairs and Wool Slabs no longer pass Redstone signals, and Droppers facing east or south now eject items forward as intended.
Is this build worth installing over a stable release?
It fixes two rare crashes and a chunk saving problem, but Beta builds are made for testing and can still contain unfinished work.
