The fixes in practice
Pets, Armor Stands and building
Feeding a hurt tamed baby mob now actually restores its health, the change most Android players will notice first. Armor Stands reject invalid equipment swaps and trade gear directly with the item in your hand, and building at the height limit no longer spams error messages.
Crashes and stutter
Worlds with large, densely connected stretches of fences, glass panes, iron bars or walls could crash during loading; that is fixed. Stutter linked to mobs and items across multiple play sessions is reduced as well.
Skins, fog and menus
Custom skins you import no longer snap back to the default on the next launch. Resource packs and the fog command now set fog distance once the Ender Dragon is dead or far away. Menu glitches are cleared up too:
- Arcana glyphs are back in Enchanting Table slots
- Text in legacy bitmap font packs is readable again
- Graphics buttons keep responding after switching to Vibrant Visuals
Realms members
Adding people to a Realm is quicker with search on the Members screen, which now also suggests Recommended friends. The hub world tab lists applied packs, and admin actions no longer stall until you re-enter the hub.
