Blocks and Gameplay Fixes
Chiseled Sulfur and Chiseled Cinnabar can no longer be crafted through the stonecutter from the wrong materials. Geyser timing now depends on the block position in the world instead of random placement behavior. Bone Meal on Dirt in shallow water can again create Seagrass or Coral correctly.
